To cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour time frame, please do so through GlossGenius.
BBL reserves the right to charge a fee within policy, regardless of the reason for cancelling or rescheduling.
Do not book an appointment if you are not OK with the terms and conditions of this business.

Please remember, when you book an appointment, a time slot in my schedule has been reserved only for you.
That means, when you formerly agree to the terms and conditions of this business, you are promising to up hold the responsibility of paying for that appointment once we are inside the 24 hour time frame, no matter what.
I truly appreciate your respect for my time, thank you.
Brows By Leah requires 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged full price of the appointment.
This includes altering your appointment when you show up for it (Example: You book a brow wax + brazilian, you show up saying you only need the brow wax)
You have full freedom to cancel/edit/move your appointment through the Vagaro app outside of the 24 hour time frame.
Late Arrival Policy.
If you arrive 8 or more minutes after your appointment, then you have missed your appointment. In the event that your appointment needs to be rescheduled to a different day, the full price of the appointment will be charged in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Please be aware that I am typically booked with a new appointment every 15 minutes.
No Show Policy.
No Shows will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled. The ability to book at Brows By Leah may be revoked.

let's talk about it
The beauty industry has been hit extremely hard with constant last minute cancellations due to COVID exposures, sickness etc.
Just like all reasons to cancel last minute- COVID is unexpected and out of your control. I understand that. However, my policies are there for a reason. To protect my time and financial obligations as a business owner.
Your honesty about sickness is truly appreciated by me. Still, my cancellation policies are in full effect. It is my responsibility as a business owner to uphold my policies, and it is your responsibility as a client to follow through with a business's policy that you formerly agreed and consented to.

Upon the business’s discretion, a non-refundable 75% deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will contribute towards to total of your service. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged with out being notified first and the deposit will not go through with out your authorization. However, if you chose to decline then you forfeit your appointment.
