here's what to expect;

 

Late Cancel & Rescheduling Policy

Policies are strictly enforced around here, they help keep my doors open. I'm very transparent on this page to help you understand how and why late cancels impact both me and you - thank you for taking the time to read :)

Regardless of the reason- Last minute cancellations and rescheduling directly impacts and can harm my income and business operations. Because of this, all clients are required to read, understand and agree to the following policies before booking future appointments with me.

 

More than 24 Hours Notice: Free Cancellations & Reschedules

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. This gives me enough time to fill that spot with another client. (keep reading on how do that yourself.)

 

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Late Cancel & Rescheduling

(this is the important part)

A days notice isn't notice at all.

I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to let me know that you can't make it, for any reason.

If something unexpected comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full appointment will be charged to your card saved on file.

I understand that life happens- you might forget (even with reminders), become unwell, or something unexpected may come up. But when you don't attend your appointment, I am still ready, prepped, and unable to fill or replace that spot now. 

 

Agreement to Terms

Each time you book an appointment, you’re asked to read, acknowledge and give permission to these policies. Meaning- you're fully informed before you click that book button! So you already know what to expect should a cancellation fee ever need to be charged.

 

This agreement gives you access to reserve spots in my schedule and ensures that late cancellations can remain respectful and fair.

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To make things easy, you’ll receive a confirmation and reminder by text and email at the time of booking, and again 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Outside the 24-hour window: You can cancel or reschedule yourself by using the links in your reminder or confirmation messages.

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: Glossgenius won't let you self-cancel in this time frame. Please text me directly (no email, or DMs) to let me know if you can’t make it. (No need to explain why, I respect your privacy!)

 

I Appreciate Your Understanding

I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, especially the clients who offer to pay with out me asking. Thank you for fitting my small business into your budget!

These policies allow me to continue to provide the best possible service and availability to all my valued clients.

 

How to check in

 

Appointment Check-In Process

Welcome! Here’s what to expect when you arrive for your appointment:

When you enter Suite 4, you’ll find yourself in a shared waiting room. Simply take a seat and press the button on the table — this lets me know that you’ve arrived.

Once the appointment before yours has finished, I’ll either text you or come down to get you.

Please note:
If I’m ever running a bit behind, I may not be able to respond right away — sometimes I can’t use my phone for sanitary reasons during a session. Rest assured, the button alert lets me know you’re there, and I’ll be with you as soon as possible.

If I happen to be running more than 10 minutes late, I’ll do my best to reach out and keep you updated.

Changing or Rescheduling an Appointment

Life happens! If you need to make changes to your appointment, here’s how it works:

1. Up to 24 hours before your appointment:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself online. Just click the link in the confirmation email or text you received when you booked. From there, you can easily select a new time or cancel if needed.

2. Within 24 hours of your appointment:
If it’s less than 24 hours before your appointment, please text me directly to make any changes. The 24-hour cancellation policy applies, and self-cancellation will no longer be available through the link.

3. Pro tip:
You can save your booking link to your phone’s home screen so it’s always easy to find and update your appointments whenever you need!
